Their experience even predicted trouble they were going to face with the narrow North Buffalo home stairways and my LARGE sectional couch. They were right - the couch could not fit despite their hard attempts and suggestions to keep my couch in good condition. While still on site, they rescheduled me in their tight calendar for the next business day with an extra employee so they could lift it onto my balcony. The second day, they arrive right on time again and moved the couch through the balcony with ease!
